1. Despatch Policy
We make every effort to ensure that all items shown are in stock. However, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. We aim to despatch within 2 working days. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by email or telephone with an estimated despatch date.
2. Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown on the Shopping Basket page and before you are asked to confirm the order. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
3. Refunds and Exchange
Our 10-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding p&p). You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the goods to us.
4. Currency
Payment will be taken in £ sterling.
5. Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
6. Special Offer Vouchers
From time to time you may be offered a special offer voucher that is redeemable within a given time period. This voucher is non-transferable. It can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional voucher or special offers. Offer is made subject to availability of stock.
7. Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
9. Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
10. Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
