1. How Quickly do you Deliver?

We aim to send your goods off within two working days. If we can't despatch your order within seven days, we will email you or telephone you with an estimated despatch date.

All our Standard deliveries are by Second Class Post or Parcel Force. They take 3 - 5 working days to arrive after the day of posting.

2. How Much Does Delivery Cost within the UK?

Delivery for all UK orders with a value of £35 or more is free. For orders below that value, delivery costs a flat £2.75 (including VAT).

Urgent Next Day Deliveries can be arranged. Please telephone us for the likely extra cost.

3. How Much Does Delivery Cost to Europe*?

Delivery for all orders to Europe* cost a flat £9.00 (including VAT).

European parcels will be sent via international signed for airmail which requires a signature upon delivery.
International mail takes approx 3-5 working days so please allow 7 working days in total to receive your order.

* Europe means: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

4. How Much Does Delivery Cost to the USA and Canada?

Delivery for all orders to the USA & Canada costs a flat £12.00

Parcels will be sent via international signed for airmail which requires a signature upon delivery. International mail takes approx 3-5 working days so please allow 7 working days in total to receive your order.

5. Cost of Delivery to Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong & South Africa

Delivery for all orders to Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong & South Africa costs a flat £15.00

6. Do You Deliver to other territories?

We can deliver outside the territories specified above, but delivery charges vary a lot. Please email us stating what you would like to order and where you want it sent. We will then send you a quotation for the cheapest service available.

7. What is your Returns Policy?

Our 10-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding p&p). You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the goods to us.
